Where do your products come from?
All our products come from the countries of origin where the products naturally grow. For example, our Kratom comes from Indonesia. Shop it on our Buy Kratom Online page, with lab reports on Lab Reports & COAs.

How do you ensure the high quality of the products?
We ensure the high quality of our products through regular lab tests of product samples for toxins, bacteria, and heavy metals. We also follow the feedback given us from customers and will forward any dissatisfaction to our local distributor and farmers with whom we are in direct contact with. Is Kratom (Mitragyna speciosa) legal?
Kratom is not a federally controlled substance in the US, but some states, counties and cities ban it, and those rules can change. See kratom laws can change for what to re-check. We don't ship kratom to the places below. Please check your local rules before ordering, or contact us if you're unsure.

Do you ship Amanita muscaria to every state?

Please enter the correct email so we can reply. We operate Pacific Time, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and usually answer within 2–4 hours.
Do you ship outside the United States, and how fast do orders go out?
EdengrowS ships from Olympia, Washington, to U.S. addresses only and does not ship internationally. Orders are processed within 24 business hours or earlier, and orders placed on Friday after 11 am PST, on weekends, or on holidays ship the following business day. Once USPS has the package, delivery times are not guaranteed, and you can check estimated delivery on the USPS website.
Is shipping free?
EdengrowS pays for USPS ground shipping on orders over $50. The customer pays shipping fees on orders under $50.
How old do I need to be to order?
Kratom sales at EdengrowS are for adults 21+ only, where lawful. Please check your local laws before ordering.
Where can I find the lab report (COA) for a product?
Many products include a third-party COA linked on the product page through a “View lab” link. You can also browse them on our Lab Reports & COAs page. Always compare the on-page label with the COA for the current lot.
What should I do if my package is late or missing?
If your package is taking excessively long, email us at eden@edengrows.org. We'll email USPS about it, and once USPS confirms the package is lost, we'll send a replacement. If tracking says delivered but you can’t find it, we suggest waiting 2–3 days, as the package often shows up.
What is your return and refund policy?
You can return unopened, sealed items within 30 days of delivery. Opened items can't be returned. If we sent the wrong item, you choose a refund or a replacement, and we pay the return label and refund your original shipping. For other returns, you pay return shipping and we refund the item price once it arrives back unopened. If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. To start a return, email eden@edengrows.org; we reply within 1 business day. Refunds go to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive the item, with no restocking fee. See our refund policy for details.
