Where do your products come from?

All our products come from the countries of origin where the products naturally grow. For example, our Kratom comes from Indonesia.

How do you ensure the high quality of the products?

We ensure the high quality of our products through regular lab tests of product samples for toxins, bacteria, and heavy metals and gamma sterilize our Kratom products. We also follow the feedback given us from customers and will forward any dissatisfaction to our local distributor and farmers with whom we are in direct contact with. Our refund policy allows an uncomplicated 30-day refund on all products.

Is Kratom (Mitragyna speciosa) legal?

Kratom is legal in most parts of the world. The legality of Kratom is decided on a federal level in the counties, cities and states of the USA. Please keep yourself updated of new regulations or contact us if you have any doubts.

Why is the label instruction missing on my product?
