Shipping policy

Due to unreliable shipping services. We can only guarantee that you will receive the product you ordered. We ship all orders quickly within 1 business day timeframe. Once the postal service takes control of the package we have very little say on how long it will take to arrive.

If your package is taking excessively long. Please inform us. We will initiate a lost package inquiry. Once the package is deemed lost we will send a replacement.

Express mail is not guaranteed by EdengrowS. Please see the link on line 4b to submit the claim for delayed express orders.

1. Shipping fees: EdengrowS will pay for USPS ground shipping fees for orders over $50. The customer will pay the shipping fees for orders under $50.

2. Shipping time: The purchased goods will be shipped as quickly and thoroughly as possible to the customer. In case of any delay the customer agrees that we are not liable. All orders will be processed in a time frame of 24 business hours or earlier and shipped from then on. We will not guarantee the shipping times for orders. You can check your estimated delivery time on the USPS website. Once your order leaves our facility, we can no longer be held responsible for its destination arrival time. Once tracking indicates your shipment is received by USPS, any questions concerning the routing or delivery of your packages should be directed to USPS. We will do not ship any orders on federal holidays. The customer notice that orders placed on Friday after 11 am (PST), on weekends or on holidays, the goods will be shipped the following business day.

3. Shipping guarantee: We guarantee shipping to the address given by the customer. We will not be held responsible for any delivery issues due to be given an incomplete or wrong address by the customer. The shipping fees will then not be refunded. The customer will be responsible for placing a new order and paying new shipping fees. We will not be held responsible for lost or stolen package. The customer is responsible to be available for delivery. We do not ship Kratom to states where Kratom is illegal, including: 

  • Alabama
  • Arkansas
  • Indiana
  • Rhode Island 
  • Vermont
  • Wisconsin

4. Shipping refunds and searches:

4a. Guaranteed delivery date: If your USPS shipping option had a guaranteed delivery date that is late, you may submit your claim for refund here: https://www.usps.com/help/refunds.htm

4b. Missing or delayed: If your package is missing or taking excessively long to arrive, you may submit a missing mail claim here: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm

4c. Stolen after delivered: If your package tracking says delivered, yet you are certain it  has been stolen out of your mail box, this is a Class C Felony and needs to be reported to local law enforcement immediately. Once you have the police report number. Contact us with this and we will usually make a one-time exception to our shipping guarantee. We recommend waiting 2-3 days before filing the police report as the package usually shows up. Most cases it was put in a neighbor’s mailbox, USPS tracking has been known to be incorrect, or it was left near a doorstep you do not typically use.

4d. Returned to sender: If you forgot an apartment number or mistyped your address, the package will usually be returned to us. When it arrives back to us, we always reach out to the customer via email for an updated address.  

5. International Shipping:

We do not ship outside of the United States.
